Their eyes shine in the moon’s light as they fight. Their movements are fluid, smooth, and predatory. Lean, taunt muscles lay beneath different colors of fur and sharp incisors are visible beneath black gums. Blood spatters over their beautiful coats and color the ground red as they snap, tear, and wound each other.

Fur standing on end, you approach the two groups as they pause and separate as they take notice of your presence. Two pairs of eyes stand out to you and unnerve you. Both seemed to draw the respect out of you without your consent as you lower your head and tuck your tail between your legs. Power radiated from them both, and you’re unsure whether it was the large, dark grey male with golden eyes, or the black female with bright green eyes that had the strongest air to them. They both stood across from each other, and large groups of other wolves and Werelings in human forms stand on each side behind them. All of their eyes bore into you and you stop as you stand before the two obvious leaders.

Your muscles tense and they begin to shake as your wolf side slowly draws you towards one side, your true nature, good or evil, slowly reveals itself as you make your decision. Which side will you choose? Will you choose the path of light and good? Or the path of dark and evil?

The air was filled with the sound of grunts and the sound of flesh hitting flesh as bodies moved about the training room. The machines sat neglected on the far side of the room, and on the mats were four people,  three normal warriors and the Alpha, Gabriel Braveheart. Sweat soaked the bodies of all four, for they’d been at it for quite a while, but the only one that didn’t seem that tired was the Alpha himself. There was a tenseness of his muscles, the tightness of his jaw that suggested the wolf’s frustration. He was filled to the limit with energy today, and for some reason was feeling increasingly frustrated to the point he didn’t have his normal strict patience.

The warriors were getting their butts kicked, and once the mass of bodies had finally stopped once more Gabriel motioned for them to leave, which they thankfully did. Breathing heavily he turned to doing difficult looking martial arts as he pretended to have stronger, faster opponents. His moves were graceful, and languid, having done this his whole life. It was true he was a master, but his skills mostly lied in fighting within his wolf form, his preferred form.

Once finished he brushed his hand through his hair, his golden eyes still dark with irritation and slight anger. The Alpha didn’t know what his problem was, but he felt the need to wear himself down, as though  that would solve his problem.

Teimhnin took the opportunity of having nothing going on to train. Hades was asleep in her room, tired from his days in a new home. She had spent most of the day playing with her little puppy, but when he fell asleep she changed into her training clothes. Her hair was in two braids that bounced on her shoulders as she walked. The beta wore a pair of black stretchy shorts that reached just below the tops of her thighs. A large, blue shirt hung off her shoulder and billowed around her waist and legs. The strap of her black tank top could be seen where her shoulder was bared. Of course, Teimhnin was barefoot. She simply refused to walk around the house in uncomfortable shoes. The beta didn't expect to see anyone in the training room, but the sounds of grunts and fists thudded alerted her.

Head held high, Teimhnin walked into the room. Yesterday night, she had a run in with a member of the enemy pack. The fight was great, leaving both opponents with shallow cuts. One was healing on Teimhnin's chin, the other on her waist. At the sight of the alpha, she wanted to turn back. She hadn't expected to see him so early after her fight, but she was distracted at the sight of him training. The beta hung back in a shadow, watching as the other warriors got their asses handed to them. When they left, Teimhnin clapped slowly. Walking out of the shadows, the ghost smirk evident on her face. "Impressive, my Alpha. I see we were both trained in hand to hand combat. Too bad you wore them out, I wanted to enjoy pummeling at least a few." Teimhnin herself came from a pack who trained brute force over all, the weapons were her choice.

The Alpha ran a hand through his hair as he paused to stair out the glass windowed wall that opened out onto the back yard. He watched as couples and young ones bounded about, playing and practicing as they enjoyed the not to hot, and not too cold day. A slight pride filled him and he breathed a soft sigh as he looked away. A movement out of the corner of his eyes was the first thing that alerted him to the presence of his beta before her smell reached him. The sound of her slow clapping reached him and he turned to face her, crossing his arms over his bare chest, conscious of the scars that laid there. Scars whose stories he'd rather forget.

"I'm not in the best of moods today, Tei, or else I'd say you could spar with me, though I've a feeling you'd probably get the best of me in this state." He rubbed the back of his neck and his golden eyes were still and unwilling to reveal what he was thinking, sure signs that most packmates had learned meant he was frustrated. It only frustrated the large male more that he could figure out why he was frustrated.

A slow, alluring smile touched his lips then though as he decided it wouldn't hurt to go against his beta. She was stronger, faster, better then his warriors. "On other thought, maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a short session, eh?" He arched an eyebrow, revealing a small scar that rested beneath his left eyebrow.

As he arched an eyebrow, Teimhnin did the same. "Who said anything about sparring together, my Alpha? Of course, I would very much enjoy beating on my authorities. Though, are you sure? You seem troubled. You say you wish to spar, yet your body language says a completely different story. Are you sure that sparing is what you need?" She could smell it in his scent, how he held himself at this moment. The brute had to be frustrated over something. His body language gave her clues. It was obvious that something physical would help, but was sparring the what he needed? When was the last time he'd gotten laid? The beta knew that when males had that desire, their minds and emotions got jumbled up and frustrated. If that was what he needed, she was willing to oblige. He was a very attractive man after all.

Teimhnin shrugged of those thoughts before they became her own desires. She gave him a smile, popping her knuckles. "So, are we sparring with weapons? Or would you prefer hand to hand?" The beta chose to start stretching. Him watching her didn't even cause any uncomfortableness. Teimnin pulled up her leg so it was verticle with her torso. She did the same with the other leg before doing the splits. Her fingers touched her foot and she counted ten seconds. The same went for her other foot. Teimhnin looked up at him with her silver eyes as she stood. She waited for him to make the first move.

(Sooo sorry! Been really, really busy! D:)

Gabriel blinked and leaned up against the wall with a sigh, his arms falling to his side. Why should he give a damn whether or not see saw his scars? He knew he should be proud of them, for they were earned defending his pack from his brother, but they were dreadful reminders that he'd failed his family in a way.

"I'm sorry. I thought perhaps you wanted to spar me now that the others are gone. As I've already said, I'm not in the best of moods." He gave a slight shrug and was ready to walk away when she agreed to the spar and began stretching. Her question about if this is what he needed caused him to pause and he was sorely tempted just to ask her to go to bed with him but he stopped and mentally shook himself. What kind of example would he be then?

As she stood and asked if they'd be fighting hand-to-hand or weapons his answer came before he could stop it. "Hand to hand." His mind told him weapons would be better, less space invasive but he couldn't help himself. Moving into a simple back stance he waited for her to go first.

The beta swiveled her neck around in a circle and felt the soft popping of bone upon bone with satisfaction. It had been a while since she had fought hand to hand, and she was so glad her alpha was allowing her to fight in such a way now. Her fists opened and close and she took her stance. As the alpha dropped his hands, Teimhnin took a quick glance at his scars. They didn't exactly bother her because she had been used to it ever since she was a small child. Warriors of her pack would fight out their disagreements with brutal force and graceful blows. The beta learned more from those fights alone that she had with learning from her father. He taught strategy and tactic, the fights taught violence and force.

Teimhnin shook her head to clear it before analyzing her opponent. For starters he was much, much taller than her. His build was that of a healthy wereling male, while hers was more curved. From what she had seen before, her alpha was no push over when it came to fighting. Teimhnin turned her foot the the left before spinning and ducking low. Her other leg struck out at his ankles to trip him. It wasn't something she always started with first but when fighting him she would have to be creative. The move she did placed her behind him. Her stance nearly mirrored his but her feet were splayed outward to keep better balance. If her daggers had been in her hands she would have already mad the move to slice his back. Instead she hooked an arm around his neck to make him lean sideways before she drove her elbow directly between where two of his ribs would be.

Letting go as quickly as she had done the move, the beta ducked backwards to see what her alpha would do next.

A laugh rumbled up from his throat as she managed to catch him off guard as he'd been studying her. He'd been entranced by her hair as usual and her curves, but once she'd attacked he'd snapped out of it. "Knew my emotions would get in the way." He said under his breath. It was exactly as he'd warned her and he was determined to focus on the spar. The elbow to the ribs hurt, but he'd grown way to accustomed to pain to show much of it, or notice it really.

A skipping side kick was what he chose. It wasn't a powerful kick, but it was fast and enough to drive the attention to the middle and it managed to bring him closer to her. Grabbing her arm tightly, but not painfully he slipped up behind her and twisted her wrist and pressed his thumb against her palm, pressing up against it to show the pain it'd cause he if did push. He quickly moved away though, for the move he just did was more for defense and turning tail and running in a bad situation then sparring. The Alpha didn't care though, he wanted to see what she was made of before he really got into the fight.

A smile lit her face at the satisfaction of catching her alpha off his guard. The smile was gone the minute he had pinned her arm behind her back. It didn't hurt, but she didn't think he wanted it to. Her wrist could've been snapped with just a push. Tei cursed herself for allowing him to get her into a position like that. She made a note to not let it happen again. When he let go, Tei took that moment where he wasn't looking to roundhouse kick him across the face. She didn't out enough force behind it to break anything, just to leave a bruise. If this was a real fight, Tei would've done anything to beat her othe opponent. She had once been in a position like Gabbe had put her in before. The only difference was that she had dislocated her arm and broken her wrist to flip the opponent over and break his ribs on the concrete. When it came to fighting, she had no regards of her own safety, just to beat the other opponent into a bloody pulp.

Immediately after the kick, Teimhnin took her other foot and pushed it against his neck. Her elbow would land into his other side. It was quite like the first move she made, just with more foot work. His body was used as a leverage for her to flip around behind him. Once she was there, she swept her foot to connect with his and knock him off balance. With someone so much bigger than her, getting them down to her level was her best bet. The beta had speed on her side, not all moves would be based on strength.

The male allowed his head to move with the kicks, lessening the force behind them. They still hurt, but the hint of a smile touched his lips. So he could still feel, this was a relief and it took most of the frustration from him. There was still an itch he couldn't quite reach, some emotion he hadn't felt in ages. Or at least he didn't think so... What was it? Oh, right lust. Was he really feeling that right now?

Gabriel shook his head in an attempt to clear his thoughts and ended up getting kicked again and thrown off balance. His golden eyes flashed and a bone chilling growl emitted from his throat and rumbled in his thick muscled chest. Fighting as a human had never been his strong point, though on his best days he could beat just about anyone. Except his brother, but that was a whole different story and he could still beat him in his wolf form. He was more wolf then man, after all.

Gabriel allowed himself to go to the ground, but he didn't go as planned. He landed in a sort of crouch, his golden eyes flashing like golden fire as he gathered himself and launched forward, knocking into Tei. It was only a few seconds later that he realized what he'd done and he twisted himself around her body to cushion the blow on the wall. His head hit the wall and cracks spread in the white wall, but it didn't hurt Gabriel none.

Taking advantage of the situation, Gabriel flipped them as quick as he could to where he was pinning her to the ground, both of his hands pinning each hand beside her head. "Sorry, I don't mean to cut this short." Gabriel didn't know where the words came from, but apparently his wolf did as he lowered his mouth to brush them against hers. That's all he did though as he paused to see what her reaction would be. He waited, his golden eyes darkening to a amber color and his pupils dilating as fire spread through his veins.

The beta was preparing to punch her alpha when suddenly he was in a crouch and they were flying through the air. She would be the one to hit the walls first, probably giving her a broken nose when her face smashed against his chest. Tei wasn't worried about her body hitting the wall, plaster would give way and leave cracks. Her plans on having to heal a broken nose were soon diminished when he was suddenly the one cushioning her fall. She curled up and took very little of the hit, but became worried that he had a concussion from the ways his head snapped back. Lifting her head to see into his eyes, she wasn't prepared for when he pinned her to the ground. A small gasp of surprise came out when she realized that he wasn't the one speaking to her, but the wolf inside of him. She blinked up a him only to slightly close her eyes when his mouth brushed hers. The smallest of smirks shone on her face as she looked up into his face. His eyes had become a darker gold and his pupils were dialated. She had been right with her first guess.

"Nuh uh, tsk tsk my Alpha. With those dialated pupils of yours, you'd make me worried that you have a concussion." As she spoke the words, her mouth was brushing against his invitingly. She lifted herself on her elbows and pressing her chest against his to gently push him back. Once they were in a sitting position, she straddled his lap with her legs and pressed her mouth gently against his. It was a silent invitation to do what he wished. The beta wouldn't let him pin her in an attempt to coax out whatever primal lust instinct he had built up. Her eyes had been open the whole time, looking into his to see his reaction. Their faces were close enough that her eyelashes brushed against his cheeks with every blink. In answer to his wolf, hers growled playfully back.

Tei's hands were on his shoulders, waiting to see what he would do next.

The Alpha only chuckled as he leaned back as she slowly moved him back. His veins were still filled with fire and his wolf was really close to the surface, chopping at the bit to be let loose. Gabriel kept him back though, for this moment was his and Tei's. Tilting his head he deepened the kiss and lightly traced his tounge along her bottom lip as one of his strong arms wrapped around her waist and pulled her up against him. His other hand lightly stroked down along her spine.
Not a concussion. He mentally spoke since his wolf was too close to the surface for him to speak.

Her mouth opened against his and she twined their tongues together. Slowly, her arms slid around his neck and her body arched into his. The beta's knees rested on the floor as she rose up and tilted her head down, deepening their kiss to a passionate level. When she had become attracted to the alpha, she had no clue. Why they were even sitting there and kissing was a mystery. She knew she was fulfilling his desire, but when had those desires also become her own. Apparently she needed her fix as well, which was probably why she came into the training room in the first place. His desire had called to hers, they were working through instinct. Tei's eyes slid closed as she lost herself in their kiss. Her mouth moved against his carefully, exploring with her tongue. The beta's hands did the same, sliding across his back over his shirt. She felt the resistance of muscle underneath, so different from her own skin. A low growl left her throat as she gently pushed his shoulder back, trying to get him to lay down. If he was expecting to be dominate, there would be a mini war between the two. No need to be gentle, Alpha. I won't break. That I can promise.

"Don't bite off more then you can chew." He gave a soft laugh in their kiss before joining his tonge with hers and twining them together. Pressing his hand against her back he pressed her closer against himself and enjoyed in the feel of the closeness of their bodies. There was a slight comfort in the lust that enveloped him. So far Gabriel had yet to make a best friend within the pack, someone he could hang with and conspire with. He'd always thought of pushing his friendship with Tei further to have a partner in all of this, but for some odd reason he felt as though he'd be forcing her friendship and hadn't wanted to push it.

These thought soon went out the window and he couldn't help but ask himself how they would be together later. Would they be closer then they were before? Or would she be dissatisfied with him and become distant? Giving up his thoughts he broke the kiss and went to her neck as she pushed back against his shoulders. He gave a low growl and gave her light skin a nip, but laid back anyway. When it came to mating and dominance he didn't care so long as it didn't go too far and didn't drive his wolf side nuts.

Laying back he slid his hands underneath her shirt and trailed them up her back. Slowly his nails changed sharp like his wolves and turning his hand he ripped through her shirt and tossed his aside. Something akin to a wolf's laugh echoed through his mind and he himself mentally growled at his wolf side. Turning his attention back to her throat he trailed small licks, kisses, and nip all the way up to her jaw.

She gave a growl of satisfaction when he laid back. Readjusting, she straddled his hips. Her hands caressed his side as she felt his to under her shirt. There was a slight tearing noise and suddenly her skin was bare to the cool air of the training room. Goosebumps immediately rose on her skin, both hot and cold from what was going on between them. Her chest was pressed up against his, and she was sure he could feel her heart thudding. Laying on top of him, her hands traveled and felt all the dips and rises of his washboard stomach. As his nails formed claws, so did hers. She pressed her claws against his skin and ran them from his chest to the waistband of his pants. Her fingers ran through his hair as he kissed her neck and jaw. Tei moved down to the scars on his chest, gently placing a kiss on each one carefully. He would be able to talk to her, be her friend. There wouldn't be anything awkward to her after this, maybe it might even bring her closer to him. She made sure that she had kissed every scar before licking and nipping the middle of his chest. Her eyes opened to look at him, letting him know that he could take control when he wanted.

I don't think I'm biting off more than I can chew, I think that I might not be biting off enough. Her mind spoke to his quietly. She wondered how far they were going with this, but the thought vanished as she moved her head to kiss along his neck in return. Litte growls left her as her wolf fangs bit lightly on his skin.

Gabriel allowed the scent of her to fill his nose and envelope him. Nuzzling under her jaw he paused as she moved down to kiss his scars. He paused and stiffened, but relaxed as he made a low pleased noise in his throat. Reaching down he stroked her red hair and gave a small squeeze on the back of her neck.

When she'd moved up to kissing the middle of his chest he shuddered, her having found a soft spot on him. "Maybe... Not enough." He nipped her ear lobe, but was careful of his sharp teeth as she moved up to kiss his throat. Her little growls almost drove him over the edge but he kept control over himself.

Rolling them over he in turn took the top, a smile touching his lips before he lightly bit into her own throat, almost like a dominant wolf forcing another to submit. He quickly covered it with a lick though and pulled back slightly to look at her a question in his eyes. His stomach twisted at the sight of her. She was the most beautiful wolf he'd met yet, and he'd met plenty of them. Even if she'd been wearing rags she'd still had caught his attention somehow.

Making sure that his weight didn't crush her but also making sure every line of their body was pressed together he lowered his mouth to kiss her again, nipping at her bottom lip as he gave a playful growl. Pulling back he rested his head on her shoulder, breathing heavily. "Shall we continue this in my room, or do you not wish to go too far? Whatever you wish I shall do." Well for now anyway.

At his shuddering, she realized she had found a spot of pleasure on him. Her fingers drifted upwards to trace the middle of his chest gently. She felt him moving to flip them over and gave no resistance. Now that he was on top of her, she planted her feet on the ground with her knees bent. As he bit her throat, she arched her neck up for him. When his kisses moved to her mouth, she kissed him back with aggression. Her breathing matched his as her head rested on the hard floor. The question her asked her took no thought at all. Your room, definitely your room. It's too late to stop what we've started. She ran her fingers through his hair gently, waiting for him to lead her.
